The web path of the TR 555 has been designed carefully and improved during the years in order
to avoid contact of the metallized surface with critical spots like dancer roller, spreader roller or nip
roller. The metalized surface always faces the operator standing under the bridge structure.

By minimizing the rotation inertia and adding an extra torque, Laem's process rollers drastically reduce the friction between the roller surface and the running web, thus protecting the aluminum barrier of coated films.
