Once the desired diameter / metrage has been reached, the turret change-over occurs and the automatic cross-cutting system releases the web allowing the machine to restart production (all in less than 1 minute).
At this stage, the extracting device pushes the finished reels onto the unloading arms of the SC Device, while the motorized laser guides the operator in a quick and precise positioning of the new cores.

With the Assited Positioning System the operator adjusts the slitting stations and counter-knives bushings with the real-time guidance of a lateral panel displaying the calculated quotes.

In the Fully Automatic version, the operator simply recalls the recipe of the next job, and 2 specially designed shuttle systems convey the knives and counter-knives bushings to the calculated quotes, with a precision tolerance of 0,1mm.
