For shrink film application, where the jumbo roll comes from the double-bubble extruder with slack edges, the TR 350 is equipped with a normal fixed-bow spreader roller to spread the web from the middle, and 2 edge grippers with a special rubber surface pulling the sides of the web.

The rewinding stations are heavy-duty, suitable to hold large and heavy reels.

The stations swivel on two crossbeams which are robustly built to prevent mechanical vibrations.

By balancing adequately the pressure of the pneumatic cylinder, the inclination angle of the arms and the torque of the rewinding motors, most web materials can be rewound with the optimum tension and density parameters.
