Every winding station includes 2 arms, one idle and the other driven, which transmits the torque to the reel by means of a motor.

The arms are located on a crossbeam which rotates hydraulically to unload the finished reels onto a transport trolley.

The possibility to slit with either circular knives or razor blades grants a wide flexibility for processing neutral films of all gauges as well as laminates and co-extruded films from 20 to 350 ľm.

The TR 330 slitter-rewinder can integrate seamelessly the laser Star Scribing System, which produces a micro-etching that facilitates web material tear-off according to a predefined line on the outer layer of a laminated substrate.
