EXAMPLE OF AUTOMATIC UNLOADING CYCLE
 | STEP 1
Once the rewinding rolls are finished, the unloader arms
clamp the ends of the rewinding shafts to receive all the
finished reels being pushed by the extracting device. |

OThe turret of the SC device supporting the arms tilts of 90° by
means of a pneumatically activated cylinder bringing the arms
in horizontal position and all the reels at the same height. |

The SC 30 has an integrated extractor which pushes the
finished reel away from the arms onto a conveyor belt for
example. |

The reels are now ready to be sent
to a centralized packaging department. |
