Dual shaft rewinding with differential ball-locking shafts and full-width independent lay-on rollers. This technology allows to rewind many finished reels with pre-set taper tension.

The special version with two rewinding motors, is needed for wide web rewinding with expansion shafts, or for winding different diameters or directions on the two differential shafts.

Thanks to its 4-shaft turret, the operator can unload the finished reels and load new cores while the machine is running.

When the rewinding reels reach their preset diameter or length, the machine starts the turreting cycle and the cross-cutting device releases the strips, allowing the machine to restart in less than one minute.
