The machine is available in two versions:
. Compact unwinder for minimal overall dimensions;
. Free standing unwinder with foot board for quick access to the slitting assembly.

The shaftless unwinder secures the reel with pneumo-mechanical chucks for 3" & 6" cores.

The web guide system, can also by controlled through the machine operator panel.

It is complete with a scanning head following a printed line or the web edge.

This device can correct web missalignments up to 75 mm per side.

The 'wound' slitting method allows to work with both systems with quick interchangeability:
. Razor blades in multi-grooved bushes are particularly suitable for thin films;
. Shear slitting, with circular knives and counter-knives, secured on a driven shaft, locked by a quick-disconnect pneumatical tailstock.This solution is ideal for paper or thick films and laminates.
