Any particles deposited on the web surface are transferred to a specially covered roller system which simultaneously transfers these particles onto external rollers filled with interchangeable adhesive tape rolls.

The machine can house embossing cylinders of a very large diameter, up to 36" (915 mm).

The cylinder circumference may be engraved with a single very long pattern, or with an uninterrupted sequence of repetitions (up to 1000).

The hard embosser is equipped with a slitting assembly composed of 3 pneumatically activated heads for wrapped-web slitting, inclusive of spreader rollers with cross directional adjustment.

The typical process whould be to emboss the metallized paper, divide it in two reels and trim the edges.
