Advanced web handling
The web passes round positively driven rollers and outfeed S-wrap rollers to prevent loss
of tension. Micro laser drilled holes provide an air lubricated A-frame, in order to minimize
the friction during the folding process.

Automatic change-over sequence with a turret system
The turret is equipped with splice & cut devices performing the automatic change
of the reel without stopping production.
Auxiliary lay-on rollers keep the contact pressure onto the rewinding reels during
turret rotation, to avoid lateral slipping and guarantee perfect tension control.
