This automatic Core Cutter targets companies utilizing a large volume of cores, who
buy pallets of 2500 mm cores and want to handle internally an efficient and high
quality core cutting operation for their highly customized jobs. The software has
been designed to enable the operator to recall recipes or prepare the following job
parameters while the machine is still running.
The automatic cycle is extremely flexible: one can set the machine to repeat the same
cut during the whole automatic cycle or even set up to 6 different measures, while
the machine calculates the cutting quotes with the aim of minimizing material waste.
The Core Cutter is available in two versions:
. Semi-automatic: individual core loading is performed manually by the operator;
. Automatic Cycle: the machine is equipped with an automatic loader that provides
a continuous cycles for up to 25 (3") cores or 10 (6") cores without interruption.
