VIS 80 - Bi-directional Doctor / Inspection machine for an accurate rewinding of large finished reels with printing defects or web misalignments / tension problems.

The machine has a Web width of 650 mm and can handle reels with a diameter of up to 800 mm
Given the increasing demand for higher quality printed film from end users, the VIS 80 at Drupa will integrate a full web Apollo system form the Israeli company AVT, leader in the field of process inspection.

Given that high quality finished reels are not enough these days in order to have a profitable operation, Laem Systems will also exhibit its top-of-the-range turret machine with automatic change-over system - TR 415 - which focuses on increasing productivity while reducing machine down-times with cutting edge automation and software technology.

- Robust Shaftless unwinder with retractable splicing table with vacuum system
- Over-head web path for clean operations
- Fully automatic positioning of knives & counter knives with selection from operator panel.
- High production speeds up to 600 m / min
