This section targets the modern Converter, who understands the importance of producing high quality slit reels
of constant tension and perfect rewinding quality.
Laem System addresses this need with two series of Dual Shaft and Turret Slitter Rewinders.

• The RB Series features standard design and modular slitters with separate shaftless unwinds and over-head web path.
• The TR Series features top-of-the-range products with a unique back-tracking rewinding technology.

If you need to increase the general productivity and efficiency of your slitting and finishing department,

to unload the reels automatically, label them, bag them and palletize them according to the specific Customer requirements.

Converting Large and Heavy rolls has never been Easier

To handle such delicate materials coming in large and heavy rolls, Laem offers a wide range of machines with independent
rewinding stations to guarantee a perfect tension control throughout the roll. In this section the different series are divided
according to the Rewinding technology:
> TR 555 Series – Centre Driven / > TR 300 Series – Centre Surface.
This section targets:

• Film Manufacturers (BOPP, BOPET, CPP, PA/PE, PO Shrink Film, Barrier and Coated Films).
• Paper Converters in the Pre-Print Industry.
• Manufacturers of Label Stock or Liquid Packaging.

TR 555 Series
Centre Driven Slitter Rewinder with Individually driven stations with adjustable pressure lay-on rollers.
Two different designs cater for web width from 1.6M to 4.5M. It´s the perfect companion for high quality Coaters or Metallizers,
or CPP Extrusion lines for example.
TR 300 Series
Centre Surface Slitter Rewinders with double drums and individually driven stations. The first two machines (TR 330 & TR 350)
are dedicated to special film applications, while the third option (TR 350) is dedicated to large paper rolls up to 1500 or 1800 mm.
